Netflix error 11800

We continue to get an error on Netflix 11800 while using the app on our tv. We have called Netflix and our internet provider (spectrum). Resetting Apple TV, unplugging modem and deleting Netflix App and reinstall did not work. Help please

Hi,


I have the same problem. Netflix on Apple TV is not usable. However, when I play Netflix directly from Samsug TV (connected to the very same network, everything works ok. Also playing on iMac or iPhone works. Only Apple TV has the problem.
