watching digital time output stuck on 10:09:30

Hi i frequently have an issue where my watch will get stuck reading 10:09:30 even though that's not the time. The analog hands are in the correct position and I'm able to fix it by temporarily switching the watch face and then switching back and hitting the crown button, but it'll happen again a few hours later and it's super frustrating. Is there any fix to this issue? I have to keep my phone firmware on IOS 13.6 for a work application, so I can't get an updates to the watch as a result.

Hello jeffyor,

Thanks for reaching out to Apple Support Communities. It sounds like you're having an issue with your Apple Watch. We're happy to assist.

When checking your paired iPhone are you showing the Date & Time are correct there? If needed, this article can help you check: How to get updated time zone information for your Apple device Also, if you're using a VPN on your paired iPhone does the issue remain when disabled?

If the information is correct, have you tried unpairing and pairing your Apple Watch again to test. The article here has the steps for unpairing: Unpair and erase your Apple Watch If the issue remains, test setting up your Apple Watch as new.

Cheers!
