How to Set iPhone Alarm to Gradually Increase Volume?

I have the same question. How do I configure the alarm to start softly and gradually increase the alarm volume until it reaches maximum volume. The answer above does not address the issue of gradually increasing the volume automatically when the alarm activates.

(I'm new to the iPhone world, having come from the Android world where such changes are typically much easier).
