Where do I find OS10.13.5 to download and replace the OS10.10.5 currently installed in my 2010 MacBook Pro. Please make it simple, I am 75 and this is not my strong suit.

dialabrain, thank you for the link but this particular version was "damaged" and would not install. it was helpful, but was not the complete solution. if there is another link or anything else i can try it would be greatly appreciated. i'm heading in the right direction, just don't have very bright headlights. thanks again
