In the last few days I’ve been struggling with my iPhone being zoomed in on one part of the screen without the possibility to zoom out or move around when asked to provide my SIM code, or when using a service called BankID here in Norway. Anyone know what the issue might be?

You have Zoom on, most likely. Double-tap the screen with THREE fingers. Then go to Settings/Accessibility/Zoom and turn it off.

I assume you have tried a forced restart. If that doesn’t fix it that sounds like a hardware problem. Use the Contact Support link at the top of this page to discuss repair options.
No, sadly that’s not it. It’s zoomed in without zoom being turned on? Like I know how to double tap with three fingers and how to change the settings and everything. The issue is that it’s zoomed without zoom being on and also locked to the left/middle side of the screen when asking for my pin code for my SIM...
