I have my iPad but I forgot my password in my Apple ID and I don’t have the phone number when I’m set up my iPad how can I recover or I can change

You should contact Apple Support, via phone, and have them assist you.

Phone calls are taking a bit to go through at the moment, due do lots of calls. With the Coronavirus Pandemic, many are at home at the moment, with much time on their hands to contact Apple. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through :)

For the Apple ID password, enter the Apple (iCloud) ID and click Forgot Password. See if you can get an email option if necessary.
