When I try to remove an app, it never “jiggles”

Is there any other way to remove apps from the Apple Watch?

I have a new SE, and it has so many Apps that it is hard to find the ones I want to use.

Launch the iOS Watch app on your iPhone.

Tap My Watch in the bottom-left corner of the screen.

Scroll down to the "Installed on Apple Watch" list and tap the app that you want to uninstall.

Toggle the switch next to Show App on Apple Watch to the OFF position.

It does not let me change to toggle to off.

I want to remove Cycle Tracking and maybe other apps that I will never use. Nothing jiggles! How do I do this?
