How can I upgrade notes app

I keep getting this message after upgrading to iOS 14 on my iPhone - have deleted the notes app and re-downloaded the notes app but it is still the same. Ive lost my ability to sync with my iCloud notes, cannot scan document etc. Every time i tried to scan a document, take a new photo via the notes app, this message appears...

help!!
