Apple is not refunding Purchases on plarium

I recently asked for a refund on a purchase toward Raid shadow Legends. I reported the problem to Plarium, they said I needed to contact Apple. I did. I requested a refund because I didn’t get what I paid for. I waited. Apple denied. Advised I could appeal. I did. This time they rejected it again and removed raid shadow legends icon from the purchase history.

I am furious. Not only did plarium deceive me, now Apple my trusted protection in these matters, abandons me. And by removing the icon, they said, no. and all challenges to this charge are forever without cause. Now go away.

But I won’t go away. Plarium-Raid Shadow Legends, ripped me off. They advertised something and I didn’t not get what I purchased In fact my purchase was lacking a number of articles.

So, in affect, did not mean to purchase this. It was my error to buy it. Although the items from purchase are still in my inventory (game) I cannot play game as I am so disgusted by the results. I will not play this game until I have justice.
