problem with starting MacBook Pro (2020) with Big Sur

It is not starting in proper way from time to time. It shows login screen and let me login and after on it shows desktop wallpaper, dock and mouse cursor but i can not do anything except moving mous pointer. It happens once or twice a day after I turn off MacBook Pro for a few hours and start it again.

Installing Big Sur on 2017 MacBook Pro screen is frozen on the start up window. After downloading Big Sur on my 2017 MacBook Pro to update the Mojave system, and starting an install the screen has frozen with the Apple start up screen and white bar at 95%. I tried doing a Disk Utility to check for errors and to repair the start up disk, no errors were found. I then tried reinstall macOS, with the option to reinstall Big Sur and after a few hours I ended up with the same frozen screen.

Big sur boot loop My MacBook Pro 2018 i7 stuck on a boot loop after updating to big sur , it was working fine , but after shut down it doesnt start , and i cant acces to recovery or safe mode only internet recovery, and even using internet recovery i stucked on loop , recovery restart to recovery again once finished, please help , any solution on that
