Bad vibration

Hi. I have problems with the vibration on my iPhone XS. It hardly works. I often have the sound off in my phone because I work in an open office landscape but on this phone the vibration is so bad that I never see or react when i get a call even if the phone is laying right beside me. One day I had 14 missed calls and I dit not notice it. If the phone is in my jacket when I go to the store I don’t feel any of the vibration so that I can answer it. If I use my phone when I get a cal I don’t always know that people is calling me because of the small vibration and it only shows a small icon with a phone inside in the upper left of the screen.
