Apple One Premier did not upgrade my iCloud storage

My wife recently purchased Apple One Premier subscription. Prior to her purchase, I personally subscribed to Apple Music family and iCloud 50GB plan. With no action on my part, I now have access to all of the Apple One Premier services with the exception to the 2TB iCloud storage. I tried cancelling my 50GB plan, but it did not trigger the 2TB upgrade. How to I force my iCloud storage to recognize the Apple One Premier subscription?
