FaceTime is missing on my iPhone 8Plus

Go to App Store and search for it.

If it says Open then it is still on the phone. Go to your App Library after the last Home Page and drag it into the homepage.

If it has a cloud then tap on it to download the app again.

If it was originally sold in the Middle East, you may not be able to get FaceTime at all.
