Merging two 1-year apple tv+ subscriptions into one 2-year subscription?

My spouse and I just both upgraded our phones to iPhone 12 Pro. Because of the upgrade each of us got a free 1-year subscription to Apple tv+. Is it possible to merge the two 1-year subscriptions into one 2-years subscription? Thank you.
