SOLVED: "Mail has stopped responding" on iCloud.com
Saw this posted elsewhere, but no solution. Those posts were all too old for me to be able to reply, so putting it here for others. I just got off of a 40 minute phone call with Apple Support, read below for what finally did the trick.
PROBLEM: Can't access mail through iCloud.com. When logging into iCloud.com and trying to access my @icloud.com mail through the web browser, I got the following message:
I could get my mail through the Mail app on my laptop and on all of my other devices, just not a web browser (also tried Opera and Chrome and got the same error). Also, if I logged in with a different iCloud account, mail worked fine in the browser.
SOLUTION: Change your Apple ID password!
Go to: http://iforgot.apple.com and follow the prompts to change your password. Afterwards, log into your account again through iCloud.com and Mail should function normally!
This remarkably simple solution must've refreshed or reset whatever was glitching with my iCloud account and causing the problem.
