IPad charging after IOS 14.3

My iPad no longer charges, via USB connection to my auto radio; it now says “not charging”. It charges fine plugged into a power adapter using the same cable. Everything worked fine prior to IOS 14.3. This is using the built in USB port for the auto radio, which I use to play music while driving. Any ideas?
