AirPods Pro case my airpods pro case isnt working at all except when the cable is connected. while connected it says it has a charge but the airpods don’t have since the case isnt working. I believe that it is charging the AirPods while the charging case is connect but otherwise the case just isn’t working so it doesn’t charge. Any ideas?

Hello,

Start here:

If your AirPods won’t charge

Note: the charging light goes out after a few seconds, but the AirPods are still charging.
