Hello lilkop,

I have an iPhone 11 and have encountered this issue. I have corrected this problem by performing the following steps -

IF you have a VPN active on your iPhone, remove it permanently. VPN’s are a source of a plethora of very odd iphone behaviors.

• on you iPhone turn off wi-fi

• go to iPhone Settings->General->Reset

     select “Reset Network Settings”

• turn your phone off and leave it off

• RESET your router

       - There is a recessed and semi-hidden

Reset button on your router, usually

under the Router.

       - You will need a pin to reach and depress

the Reset button, press and hold the

Reset button for 15 seconds then release

          the button.

IF YOU CANT FIND THE RESET BUTTON

      - Turn your router OFF for 1 minute then

turn the router back on

      - Wait for your router to completely power

          up and come ready

• Turn your phone on and wait for it to fully

          power up and come ready.

• Go to your phones Settings->wi-fi and turn

wi-fi “ON” and wait for iPhones wi-fi to

         connect to wi-fi router

• Plug iPhone to power

• go to software update and download iOS an               install on iPhone.

This works every time for me, I hope it works for you.
