Hello! I just got a new iPhone 11 through reading in my iPhone 7+. However, I was not given a trade in box to properly send off my iPhone 7 back to Apple. How can I get that? Also, how long do I have to turn it back to Apple?

Was the new phone delivered to you? It may be that you are supposed to use that box (I've had that once) - if that is the case, the address label on it should be carefully lifted up and you would find a shipping label for the return underneath. Of course, none of that applies if you got it in person.
