Restoring my iCloud

I have an available storage data of 50GB and I currently have an a storage of 13 GB. The problem is that I cannot restore my Iphone since this massage pups up:( This Iphone cannot be packed up because there is not enough Icloud storage available).

With knowing that I have 50 GB available and connected by 2 different WiFis.

I need to get the proper support in order to my Iphone packed up safely and avoiding losing any important data.
