Can't watch movies I bought in another iTunes region

Hi, so I'm having a little issue.

I moved from France to the US so I changed my App Store account from France to US.

I have already bought a few movies when I had my account in the French store, but I'm unable to watch them on my Macbook or on the FireTV I have. It shows and plays on my iPhone but it won't work on my Macbook.

On my Macbook, the movies show on my library but I can't play them nor download them.

I don't know what's the problem.

Purchases from another region iTunes Store may not be available in the new region for streaming (even if the same title is available there). If you had dowloaded content from the iTunes Store, then that content would still be available to you on that device.
