Notes

I had an important “note” open on my phone when my daughter asked for my help. I went to help her without closing my notes app and inadvertently “selected all” and deleted over the notes with jibber jabber from my hand randomly hitting letters. I am trying to find a previous on icloud. Any suggestions on how I can go back to my original note?
