Left AirPods Pro transparency mode not working

My left airpods transparency mode stopped working but everything else seem to work. I tried just about everything from resetting them to letting them run out of battery and trying it on different device but nothing seem to work at all and I’m wondering if there is some other type of fix. Someone please get back to me if there is a fix thank you

AirPods Pro transparency mode not working As the topic, the transparency mode of my AirPods is not working since last Wednesday, which was the day I realize the problem. When I was switching modes by clicking and holding my AirPods, I can hear the mode change and the click sound, but it didn’t make the sound go clearer, and the only thing changed is the slight buzzing sound in transparency mode. Simply, the transparency mode has the almost the same function as the noise canceling mode and lost its original function that is supposed to work. I tried to reconnect, reset, and putting my AirPods in and out of the case for multiple times, and it still doesn’t work. I don’t think it relates to the iOS system, cuz I tried it with my iPhone, iPad and Mac, all of them didn’t work. Besides, my iPhone has the newest iOS system. I don’t think it relates to physical damage either, cuz I’ve used it for almost half a year and I barely damaged it.

AirPods Pro transparency issues first of all, this categorization is problematic. there are no specific options for AirPods, just AirPods as a whole group. when I post in here about AirPods issues, I just get the same robo-response that doesn't even apply to my AirPods Pro. but the real issue is the transparency mode in the left earbud. it does not seem to function at all. I've cleaned out all of the mics, I've completely reset the buds multiples times and the devices they're connected to, but no luck. the left AirPod in general has always been problematic. it's also the only bud that has issues with not charging on occasion and not detecting my ear. I want to love these buds, because their awesome when they work, but they're too inconsistent.
