iPhone 12 pro max

There is a problem with touching the screen when the buttons get stuck while playing the FPS game call of dut mobile. I tried to install a kind of game the same problem I tried to take off the protective glass still it cannon it's quite sad I've been using an iPhone since generation 3gs And I've never had it

(1) Try and Force Restart your iPhone EXACTLY as shown below and see whether that resolves the issue:

  • Press and quickly release Volume UP button
  • Press and quickly release Volume DOWN button
  • Press and Hold the SIDE button until an Apple logo appears and then release the Side button (Can take up to 20 seconds. (DO NOT release Side Button when invited to Slide Power OFF). 


(2)  If the above procedure does not help then Your iPhone 12 Pro Max is less than one year old and is therefore covered by the Apple 1YR Limited Warranty (US) so have it examined at the Apple Store or at an authorized service center and take advantage of it. If the stores are closed then please contact ➔ Apple Support
