hardware crash on a 16' MBP after one year
I've had a whole bunch of Apple products (computers, phones, iPads, iPods, etc) through the years and I've never had any hardware related issues apart from the battery of a 15' Retina MBP failing after a few years. However, recently my 16' MBP completely bricked. This happened two weeks past the 1 year mark after purchase which means no more warranty. I'm not sure what part has failed but since everything is soldered onto the motherboard all I can do is change the motherboard at great cost. What are the chances of getting Apple to spend some good will on this? It should be kinda shameful for them for their top of the line MBP failing completely after only one year?
