Hi, I bought an iPhone 12 Pro Max this week, i believe i am meant to be sent a redemption for AppleTV+ but no such offer in the app is there.
I have signed out and back in, checked eligibility etc. still nothing.

Nothing is send to you, except possibly a reminder if you haven’t redeemed after several weeks.
The offer should be presented in the TV app on your new Apple device. Find “Enjoy 1 Year Free” there.
