Apple TV redemption on purchase of new device

Purchased a new Iphone13 pro and was informed of a 3-month free apple tv subscription. However, there is no option to claim it as suggested.

Apple TV free for a year I recently bought a new IPad Pro and saw free Apple TV plus for a year. I was directed to Apple TV plus where my only option is for a free 7 day option. Who do I contact to find out why it says I am entitled but I am not apple to redeem it. I tried on the new device. I tried logging in and out and I tried restarting the unit and then signing in, nothing changed the offer from 7 days. My purchase was the IPad Pro fourth generation
