I do not have Accounts under Mail

I am still using iphone 7 with 13.6 iOS and I do not see Accounts option

How can I add another email?

I can't find the "Account" when I go to settings/mail I am trying to add email on my iphone. I currently have 3 already on my iphone. I looked it up on google and instruction said, go to settings, select mail then tap accounts. I can't see the "Accounts"

Just found it.If anybody need it you can find it under “Passwords & Accounts”
