I have my apple id but no password and my phone is disabled forgot the passcode face recognition stopped working any suggestions?

Forgot my passcode and password it's disabled.

For the passcode.

For the Apple ID password, enter the Apple (iCloud) ID and click Forgot Password. See if you can get an email option if necessary.
