HomePod keeps disconnecting from Apple devices

Hi,


For the past couple months my HopePod (14.3 software) has been acting different. It suddenly disconnects from my apple device (iPhone 11 Pro, iPhone 12 Pro, Apple TV, doesn't really matter what device) and disappears from the list of Airplay devices. It reappears after a while and I have to connect back again manually. Sometimes, Im not even able to connect back after it has reappears back on the list of devices. I also have a HomePod mini which is not having this issue.

Any idea whats going on?

Since this happens with several devices, have you had a chance to check your Wi-Fi network? If other devices are running into issues when accessing the internet, try resetting your router or updating its firmware.


To troubleshoot issues with the HomePod, follow these steps:


-If HomePod isn't responding

-Reset HomePod
