I want to delete QuestAgent. I found the application, but when I try to put it in the trash I receive this message: The item "QuestAgent" can't be moved to the Trash because it's open. I need help with how to close it. I'm grateful for any advice!

Please open Activity Monitor (found in Finder -> Applications -> Utilities) and do a search for "QuestAgent".
If you find the process, press the
button shown in the top of the window.
Now, try to delete the file again.

After I added my question I was searching for an answer to a different issue (on my new computer) and inadvertently found QuestAgent in Security & Privacy > Automation. I had a few apps clicked, so I changed that and now I can't find QuestAgent in finder. I think I'll wait to see what happens now. Hopefully I won't receive any other messages. I'm assuming it doesn't take up space since I can't find it anywhere now!
