Update macOS version

How do I update my 2011 MacBook Pro (macOS High Sierra) Version 10.13.6 to 10.14.0 or higher? Need 10.14.0 or higher to download Microsoft Office 365 free software for students from my college website. Or is my mac to old?

Your computer's too old. Try using an older version of Microsoft Office or a product such as LibreOffice.
