You can attract many Persian language customers

Apple doesn’t sell any video media services in Iran or Afghanistan, where most people live that have some Farsi variant as a first language.
Movies and TV shows from other producers than Apple will have subtitle language options as these studios see fit for any country or region. Apple doesn’t regulate that (beyond the bare minimum).
