Why is there an I Cloud symbol under most of my Apps?

Do you see this on your Home Screen? You are probably seeing 'offloaded' apps

Check Settings > App Store, at the very bottom there should be a toggle switch for Offload Unused Apps.. is that turned on?

It means you can re-download them from your purchased list in the App Store.
