in-app purchase was not made on my child's device and never recieved item pruchased and billed to my credit card!

I had a fist full of gems purchased in Clash Royal, but my son's device was "put away" for the day, and the gems never showed up in his account but my credit card was still billed.

How do I go about dealing with this issue?

Nevermind. Apparently some delayed billing... odd that it was 10 days delayed though. This was the 4th item purchased that day, and 3 of them were billed the next day. Odd that the last one was billed 10 days later.
