Discovery+ is not available in the Apple TV app. Discovery+ requires its own app. Discovery+ is available on select smart TVs from their on-device app store. If your TV is AirPlay-enabled, then you can stream from your iPhone to the TV. Discovery+ is available on the Apple TV set-top box (4th generation or later).
