How to view Screen Time details and individual activity timestamps

Screen Time is an awesome feature that allows you to view activity on your iPhone. However, I would like to know whether it is possible to view extra details for each pickup that is recorded. For example, at the Pickup section of Screen Time you can see the number of pickups and also your First Pickup Time of the day. I would like to know if you can see the individual timestamps of each pickup. On the chart, it only shows the time ranges of the pickup: 1PM - 2PM, 2PM - 3PM etc. Also, the same applies for Screen Time activity. You can only see the ranges and not the actual timestamps. Can this data be extracted somewhere?
