Help with possible hack of my messages

Hello,

I recently realized one of my close friends might have accessed my phone remotely to erase some messages she sent me.

I discovered this when I went back to find the contact information in a message she sent me for someone and realized it was missing along with previous message history. The message I was looking to retrieve with the contact information was sent to me and later deleted without being in her presence. I am not as worried about the messages getting deleted as I am worried about having my privacy invaded and I want to know how I can find out more evidence of what she did before confronting her. We do share links from time to time especially when we run into something interesting that we want to share with the other so I am suspecting she got help to do this via a link because she never has access to my phone without me being present and whenever I stepped away at work my phone is usually locked. Is this possible and can apple help me to figure it out?
