space

Hi there,

i have a 200gb spaceon my device which i pay for on a monthly basis from apple. i have not been able to back up as it always states i dont have enough storage to back up. i have 200gb of space and i have only used just over 80gb. .. Also recently i was not able to access some of my apps including internet app as they became unavailable. it was stating my space was full when i have plenty storage space available - these apps later became available - why is this. still the priblem sith soace continued..?
