i was unable to update iOS 14.3 on my handset Apple 7. So I've to do it using my laptop of HP by installing itune .while backing up my iphone its showing error 4000.please tell how to install iOS 14.3 on my iphone using hp laptop

Error 4000 is not on the list and is a bug in later versions of itunes for Windows

Use Wifi instead, Settings, General, Software updates which you say you tried
or
Use itunes but temporarily disable passcode on the phone. That will clean out any cards you have in Wallet
