How calm all of a sudden my iPhone don’t have a backup for my iCloud?

If the device is set to automatically backup, i.e. when plugged in to power, connected to WiFi, and locked, and it isn't doing this, then consider - If you can't back up to iCloud or restore from iCloud backup failed - Apple Support.
