apple watch model not supported in my country

hi,

I bought an apple watch 6 from your website in USA and take it with me to Israel.

I figure out that specific model not supported in Israel and cannot be used for Cellular using.

can I change it with a compatible watch? there is something to do ??

believe in usa one has 14 days to return a purchase for a full money refund, other than that suppose you could ask your options in an apple store in your country

Any Apple cellular watch bought in the US will only work in North America,Canada,Mexico and Puerto Rico.

And the warranty is only valid in the USA.
