Unable to delete burst photos from Recently Deleted

I am unable to delete a burst photo from my Recently Deleted.

I have tried the deleting from the Recently Deleted folder and also tried deleting from Settings->General->iphone storage, but it doesn’t work.

The photo in the Recently Deleted folder is showing negative days but it doesn’t get purged.

My IOS is updated. I have also tried ending all the apps and restarting my iphone. It doesn’t work.
