I visited a shady website and got paranoid. Is this even a possibility (not install a virus or malware, but actually hack? My ios is only 13.6 (I know I should update it) , and haven’t seen any weird apps, purchases and what not through my Apple ID. Thanks.

A non-jailbroken phone cannot be hacked, get a virus, or malware. You are safe. Just don’t do that again.
This happened to me too. Ever since the green dot keeps coming up for a long period of time when I’m not on my camera or on any apps. When I swipe up to see what’s accessing it it says ‘unknown, recently’. Either my phone is glitching or someone is somehow hacked my camera through safari. I deleted my Apple ID and put my phone to factory settings and made a new one in hopes it would stop. It hasn’t happens yet but does anyone know if that would fix the problem is somehow someone has got my camera hacked?
Okay thanks, my phone isn’t jailbroken, but I checked my history and I got billed for something I didn’t buy. This must be from something else then right? Not from hacking?
