Target Display mode in new Mac mini

Is there a patch that will me to active Target Display mode in a new Mac mini so that I can use a 2014 iMac as an external monitor?

No, the 2020 Mac Mini's can not use the 2014 iMac as a display.

You can only use 2019 and earlier Mac's with the older iMac models that supported TDM.
