I can't add my Outlook 365 Calendar to Mac IOS calendar app, but it worked on my iPhone?
My business email just switched from gmail to Microsoft. I also have a shared family iCloud calendar that goes to a separate personal gmail address. I was able to add my Outlook email and get it to show on my iPhone calendar along with my shared family calendar. However, I can't add my Outlook 365 Calendar to Mac IOS calendar app, nor can I get my shared family calendar to show any information on my Outlook 365 app after I added it.
Here is what I have tried and the responses:
- Add calendar within calendar app - when I go to Exchange option, and enter in my email and password it doesn't let me add it. I also tried doing it manually with a calendar dav account using the longer outlook email that references Microsoft but that wasn't recognized either
- When I added it to my phone, adding the exchange account worked easily.
Ideas? I really would like to be able to see both of these calendars at the same time.
Also, do I need to set outlook as the default to my calendar on my phone to have it successfully create an appointment from the outlook account?
