We understand that your right AirPod isn't consistently charging as you'd expect. First, we'd recommend that you clean your AirPods and their case: How to clean your AirPods, AirPods Pro, AirPods Max, and EarPods
If cleaning them doesn't make a difference, you can also reset them as outlined here: Reset your AirPods
