Black box with white spot

I have this black box with a white dot in middle of it. Siri talks also thought it. I can move it all over my screen, it’s

on my iPhone and my iPad.

I want it gone! How do I remove it?

You have activated AssistiveTouch. Go to Settings>Accessibility>Touch>AssistiveTouch and turn that off.

Unwanted black box and white circle in center My wife and I both have iPad 12.9. Yesterday a small black box with a white circle in the center appeared on my wife’s screen.
