macOS Sierra download failing

Hello All,

I had to format the hard drive and restore my MacBook Air System software but now i’m getting the following error: “the App Store download could not start because it he already been downloaded too many times”.

I’ve already tried to reinstall the macOS using Internet Recovery (even connected via Ethernet) but I’m always getting the globe error symbol -1005F.

Can you please advise on this case?

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 10.12

Here are some steps that may help.

Connect the Mac to power.
Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds to manually shut down the Mac.
Reset the power management.
Reset the non-volatile memory.
Connect to a different network.
Reinstall macOS.
