Noise detection for hearing impaired

I am hearing impaired. I need a noise detection device to make me aware of loud noises such as a ringing phone or fire alarm. I can’t hear these noises when not wearing my hearing aids. I want something that I wear on my wrist so I have it on when sleeping. I’ve been looking for such a device for years. It is a safety concern if my husband is away. Apple, can you help the hearing impaired community?
